In using the Brry.in shopping service, the user is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below. Brry.in reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

• Brry.in will try to deliver the products as per the order placed by the user. We will start to process the order as soon as you place the order successfully with us. When you opt for Cash On Delivery we always try to make a confirmation over the phone before delivery.
• Every care shall be taken to deliver the goods to the intended recipient. But Brry.in shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the product based on the address given by the customer or if any person imposes to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of goods.
• All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice
• Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.
• The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and Brry.in disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent. Any warranties or After Sale Services if any offered by the Manufacturers/Vendors on any product shall be serviced directly by such Manufacturer/Vendor and Brry.in shall not be under any obligation to ensure compliance or handle complaints.

Return Policy and Cancellation

• If order is processed and delivered the items won’t be taken back or replaced unless there is a reasonable manufacturing issue.
• If the delivery is not executed during the first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.
• Please note that cancellations have to be made within 1 hour after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email to info@brry.in and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Brry.in has the complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Brry.in and accepts Brry.in’s decision regarding the cancellation.
• Products/Items should be UNUSED incase you have received a wrong product.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
• It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

Refund Policy:

• Once an item(s) is damaged or found missing in an order ‘at the time of delivery’, a “Make Good claim” should be raised that time itself by the customer after deducting the specific amount from the total order amount. In this case a “Make Good claim” shall be settled with a replacement of merchandise of the same value or a value refund in the same mode of payment or bank transfer or a credit to account held by the customer in Brry.in at the sole discretion of Brry.in

Limitation of Liability

• The photographs and texts illustrating and describing the products on this website are non-contractual and for information purposes alone.
• Without limiting the scope of these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale, no claim of any kind, whether as to products delivered or non-delivery of products, or otherwise, shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the products in respect of which damages are claimed.
• In no event shall Brry.in be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any nature, capable of arising in connection with its products, their use, sale or use of its website.

Force Majeure

• Brry.in will make every reasonable effort to fulfill its obligations. However, Brry.in cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Such circumstances include strikes, wars, natural catastrophes or any others that make the production, transportation or delivery of products impraticable.
• In the event of a delay, Brry.in will perform its obligations as soon as reasonably possible, and it reserves the right to allocate any remaining product supply among customers in a fair and reasonable manner.

Applicable Law and Forum

• The present General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale are governed by the law of the country of incorporation. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
• Notwithstanding the above, Brry.in can refer the dispute to a Sole Arbitrator appointed by Brry.in. The arbitrator shall have the same powers as an Arbitration Board.
